Nancy
Massand is still teaching middle school after all these years, a little
better at it now but the first to admit that she learns more about the
profession from her students than from anyone else. True to Michael's
prediction, she did turn out to be "a pretty good wife." She is happily
married to her husband of thirty-six years, also named Michael, and
they have three daughters, three sons-in-law and five grandchildren (so
far). God is good.
